You will need:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 cup unsalted butter
2 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
3 cups quick cooking oats (not instant)
1 1/2 cups raisins

Directions for Mom’s Best Oatmeal Raisin Cookies:
In a large bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk together and set aside. In another bowl, beat together the butter, sugars, and eggs with a mixer on low speed. Increase speed to medium and cream until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixture until no flour is visible. Fold in the oats and raisins. Put 2 Tb of dough for each cookie on a parchment-lined cookie sheet. Make sure there is 2 inches between each cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 11-13 minutes.
