You will need:
20 Brownie bites (store-bought or mini muffin size I used Entemann’s)
Chocolate frosting (store-bought or get my best buttercream recipe here)
White fondant
Red edible food marker
Small circle cutter (I used a piping tip)
Fondant roller *optional
Parchment paper
#1M piping tip and piping bag

Directions for Graduation Diploma Brownie Bites:
First, pipe the frosting on top of the brownies
Next roll out fondant and use a small circle cutter to cut out round shapes
Then roll the circle fondant into a tube so it looks like a little diploma.
Now let the fondant dry for a few hours or overnight.
Once the fondant is dry, make a red bow around the fondant diploma.
Finally place the fondant diploma on top of the brownie.
Works great for cupcakes too!
