These Bisquick Sausage Muffins are a hearty little breakfast or a great snack! We love them after school or while watching a movie too! Such a great treat any time of day, these are perfect for Sunday brunches or for weekend camping trips, just freeze, wrap in tin foil and heat over a stove or campfire. Makes for a different kind of breakfast on the go than regular granola or energy bars. We like the addition of chives or green onions, just a tablespoon for a little flavor. You can even add onion powder instead.
