2 cups boiling water

MY AMAZON PICKS (affiliate links):
First, for each flavor, dissolve 1 box of Jell-O in cup of boiling water. Pour into separate plastic sandwich containers sprayed with cooking spray and chill for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Second, after the Jell-O has set overnight remove them from the containers and cut them into small blocks using a pizza cutter.
Now, carefully sprinkle the blocks of Jell-O in a 9 X 13″ dish sprayed with cooking spray
Then, in a mixing bowl, dissolve the two envelopes of unflavored gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Allow mixture to cool.
Next, add the can of sweetened condensed milk stir and cool. (make sure that this mixture is completely cool to the touch, so you do not melt the Jell-O cubes)
Finally, pour the cooled milk mixture over the Jell-O cubes.
