A Groundhog’s Day Donut is the cutest way to celebrate Groundhog’s Day!
We just had over 10 inches of snow here (very rare in the Seattle area) and the weather got me thinking about just how long winter was going to last. So I created “Breakfast with Punxsutawney Phil” for Groundhog’s Day!
These super cute groundhogs were made from Pepperidge Farms Milano Cookies. The chocolate groundhogs were dipped in chocolate candy melts and then I immediately place the candy eyes on them along with the M&M nose and ears and a little white upside down heart sprinkle.
Then simply place your groundhog cookie into the middle of a store-bought donut!
