You will need:
12 – 16 oz. beef kielbasa
1 pound ground beef
½ medium onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
1 Tablespoon chili powder
½ tsp cumin
1 cup water
Tabasco sauce

DIRECTIONS:
In a large stockpot, brown ground beef and kielbasa. Drain grease. Next add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce, chili powder and cumin. Then boil for a few minutes.
Now drain one can of kidney beans and add to chili. Put the other can of kidney bean in with the juice. Then, simmer for at least one hour. Add water if needed and Tabasco if you want it spicy. Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, onions and tortilla strips.
