First melt the white candy coating according to package instructions. Place the melted candy into one small bowl and the white Nonpariel sprinkles in another. Next dip the top of the mini ice cream cone into the white candy coating and immediately dip the cone into the while Nonpariels sprinkles. Let dry completely, about 10 minutes.
Next with a small cookie dough scoop, fill the ice cream cone with the vanilla ice cream and make a nice round scoop on top of the cone.
Now place a small bowl underneath the cone and shake the green sprinkles on top of the ice cream until it is all covered. The bowl underneath will catch the leftover sprinkles so you can reuse them.
Draw the eyes and eyebrows on the yellow mini M&M’s for the eyes with the black edible marker. Immediately push the eyes into the ice cream cone. If at this point the ice cream is getting too soft, place the cone in the freezer until it’s hard.
Now attach the Jumbo heart sprinkle to the cone with toothpick dipped in a little of the melted candy coating
Next, pipe the whipped cream on top of the ice cream
Place a cut strawberry upside down so it looks like a Santa hat. Pipe a little whipped cream on the very top of the hat.
Now you have the sweetest Grinch Mini Ice Cream Cones! They are so cute and fun to make too!
These are perfect for a Christmas movie marathon or even a refreshing cool treat for a Christmas in July celebration!
