This 2 Ingredient Raspberry Crumble is one of the easiest, budget-friendly and DELICIOUS desserts! Using a can of Raspberry pie filling and Sunbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars, in just a few minutes you will have an amazing dessert that will taste like you spent hours baking in the kitchen!

You will need:
1 (11 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars
1 (21 oz.) can raspberry pie filling
4 (3.5 inch) mini pre-seasoned cast iron frying pans or one 8”pan
*optional fresh raspberries, whipped cream or ice cream for garnish
Directions for 2-ingredient Raspberry Crumble:
First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Then divide the raspberry pie filling equally and place in the bottom of each pan.

Next roughly chop up one Sundbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars (one bar for each pan).

Sprinkle the chopped bar on top of the raspberry filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the filling is hot and the crumble is brown and crunchy. Top with beautiful fresh red raspberries or a dollop of whipped cream. A drizzle of icing or a big scoop of vanilla ice cream would amazing too! I prefer the whipped cream, but my husband has to have ice cream melting all over the crunchy raspberry goodness. It’s just divine!


These are definitely company worthy! Use homemade pie filling if you wish!

Quick and easy, this 2-ingredient Raspberry Crumble made with Sunbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars will make everyone think you have been in the kitchen for hours!
Ingredients
- 1 (11 oz.) box Sunbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars
- 1 (21 oz.) can raspberry pie filling
- 4 (3.5 inch) mini pre-seasoned cast iron frying pans or one 8”pan
- Fresh raspberries or ice cream (optional)
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Then divide the raspberry pie filling equally and place in the bottom of each pan.
- Next roughly chop up one Sundbelt Bakery Raspberry Soft Baked Bars (one bar for each pan).
- Sprinkle the chopped bar on top of the raspberry filling.
