  • 12 lollipop sticks
Instructions
  1. Lightly spray marshmallow with silver food coloring mist
  2. With kitchen shears, make a cut ⅓ of the way down from the top of the marshmallow that goes ¾ of the way into the marshmallow for the mouth. Be careful that the cut does not go all of the way through.
  3. Pour red sugar sprinkles onto a shallow plate. Carefully open the mouth and press the cut sides down into the red sprinkles to coat the inside.
  4. Melt white candy coating wafers according to package instructions
  5. Cut the black Necco Wafer candy into quarters, first in ½ and then again in ½ for the fins. These may break when cutting so you may need to keep a few more black ones on hand.
  6. Attach Necco Wafer fin to the back of the shark pop with melted candy coating.
  7. With a toothpick dipped in candy coating, secure 2 of the candy eyes to the top of the shark pop.
  8. Place a small amount of melted candy coating on one side of a baby goldfish cracker and place inside the shark’s mouth.
  9. Push a lollipop stick into the bottom of the shark marshmallow.
  10. Tip: Dip the kitchen scissors into water prevent sticking when cutting marshmallows.
