SNOW CONE CAKE POPS

Serves: 12 cake pops
- 12 snack cakes (such as Little Debbie Fancy Cakes)
- 1 (12 oz.) bag of white candy coating wafers
- 12 lollipop sticks
- Colored sugar sprinkles
- White paper
- Tape or glue stick
- Unwrap 1 snack cake and place in a bowl. Mash with a fork or mush with your hands to bind the frosting and cake together.
- Roll into a ball.
- Melt candy coating wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip one end of a lollipop stick in the melted candy coating and push halfway into the cake ball.
- Place cake pops on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in the freezer for an hour.
- Dip cake pop into the melted candy coating, tapping the stick gently against the side of the bowl to remove excess.
- Immediately pour sugar sprinkles over the cake pop to coat. Hold the cake pop over a small bowl to catch the excess to reuse.
- Cut a 4-inch circle out of white paper. Cut the circle in half and wrap it arount the bottom of the cake pop. Tape or glue ends together to secure.
- Repeat using different colored sugar sprinkles if desired.
