- Melted white chocolate

Instructions
- Dip toothpick into melted white chocolate.
- Place a small amount of chocolate on the top end of the Pez candy with the toothpick.
- Put a flower sprinkle on top. Let dry completely.
- Top your cupcake with the cute candy flip flops.
