Instructions
  1. Dip toothpick into melted white chocolate.
  2. Place a small amount of chocolate on the top end of the Pez candy with the toothpick.
  3. Put a flower sprinkle on top. Let dry completely.
  4. Top your cupcake with the cute candy flip flops.
